Funkanometry San Francisco was established in October 2002 as the sister company to the original Funkanometry Dance Company, hailing from Southern California . Founded by dancers and directors Kyle Wai Lin and Emerson Aquino, “FUNKS SF” was established in response to a desire for more professional hip-hop dance companies in Northern California .
